Hadrian, 117-138. Denarius (Silver, 18 mm, 2.93 g, 6 h), Rome, circa 124-125. HADRIANVS AVGVSTVS Laureate head of Hadrian to right, with slight drapery on his left shoulder. Rev. COS III Hercules seated right on cuirass, placing club on shields set on the ground and holding distaff in his left hand. BMC 340. Cohen 330. RIC 731. Nicely toned. Light marks, otherwise, very fine.
